Return Policy

• We will assist our customers in contacting the proper company to replace any defective product under warranty. If the customer cannot locate their purchase receipt, we will provide copies of receipts whenever possible.
• UNUSED and UNWASHED diapers may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Customer must provide receipt OR staff must be able to locate sales receipt in the system.
  • Diapers received as gifts from a registry may be returned, UNUSED and UNWASHED, within 1 month of purchase provided that Cloth Diaper Market staff can locate the purchase receipt in the system. Please note the name of the giver, as it will assist staff in locating the receipt.
